What does the $250 service fee cover?
Every refrigerant service call starts with a $250 service fee. Here’s exactly what that covers:
- Pressure test — we check your system's refrigerant pressure to confirm how low it is and what it needs.
- Leak inspection — we inspect the coils, lineset, and fittings to find the source of the leak.
- System performance verification — before and after readings to confirm the recharge was successful.
- Written findings — you get a clear explanation of what we found and what we did.
The service fee is charged once per visit, regardless of how much refrigerant your system needs. Refrigerant is then charged separately at market cost — what we pay is what you pay.
We don’t mark up refrigerant. Not a dollar. When the market price changes, your price changes with it — up or down.
