How the Clubb 33 Member Repair Discount Works
Orange Air uses flat-rate pricing. We don’t separate a repair into a small labor charge plus a marked-up part — we quote one flat-rate price for the completed repair.
For Clubb 33 members, the applicable Member Repair Discount is subtracted from that regular Orange Air flat-rate price.

Member Repair Discount Terms — Short Website Version
- Up to $3,000 off Orange Air’s regular flat-rate price, per qualifying service visit.
- Available only while the enrolled membership is active and in good standing.
- Available only for qualifying services performed by Orange Air.
- No cash value and not redeemable for cash.
- Does not accumulate or roll over.
- Not transferable between customers, properties, or systems unless expressly allowed by the membership agreement.
- Cannot be used to reimburse work performed by another contractor.
- Cannot exceed the regular Orange Air flat-rate price of the qualifying repair.
- Eligibility, exclusions, waiting periods, pre-existing conditions, and other limitations are governed by the Clubb 33 Membership Agreement.

How Clubb 33 Works
1. Enroll Your System
Join Clubb 33 for $33 per month for each HVAC system you want enrolled.
2. Initial System Evaluation
Orange Air evaluates and documents the enrolled equipment. Existing conditions and recommended work are identified before membership benefits are applied, according to the Clubb 33 terms.
3. Keep Maintenance & Filters on Schedule
Use your maintenance benefit and keep filter service on a regular schedule so we have an ongoing record of the system’s condition.
4. Receive Member Pricing When Service Is Needed
When a qualifying repair is needed, Orange Air provides its regular flat-rate price and applies the applicable Clubb 33 Member Repair Discount.
5. Repair or Replace — You Decide
If repair no longer makes financial sense, we show you the options. Clubb 33 members also receive 30% off qualifying new equipment and accessories.

Is Clubb 33 a home warranty?
Clubb 33 is Orange Air's HVAC membership and preferred-pricing program. Member benefits are provided according to the Clubb 33 Membership Agreement and are available only through Orange Air.
Do I have $3,000 sitting in an account?
No. The Member Repair Discount is not a cash balance, stored-value account, reimbursement fund, or banked credit. It's a discount of up to $3,000 off Orange Air's regular flat-rate price on qualifying repairs — the same kind of benefit as the 30% equipment discount, just a different size.
Does the $3,000 roll over?
No. The Member Repair Discount does not accumulate, roll over, or increase based on how long you've been a member.
Can I use the discount with another HVAC company?
No. Clubb 33 pricing benefits apply only to qualifying services performed by Orange Air.
What if my qualifying repair is less than $3,000?
The discount cannot exceed the regular flat-rate price of the qualifying repair. If a $663 repair qualifies for a $663 Member Repair Discount, the member price would be $0.
What if the repair is more than $3,000?
The applicable discount is subtracted from the regular Orange Air flat-rate price. For example, on a qualifying $4,708 compressor replacement with a $3,000 discount, the member price would be $1,708.
Can I enroll an older HVAC system?
Eligibility is determined after Orange Air evaluates the system. Existing conditions, unresolved problems, or required repairs may need to be addressed before certain membership benefits apply.
Are filters included?
Clubb 33 includes scheduled filter service for the enrolled system. Standard versus specialty filter costs, delivery, and installation details are governed by the current Clubb 33 Membership Agreement.
Can I cancel?
Clubb 33 is a monthly membership. Cancellation and benefit eligibility are governed by the Clubb 33 Membership Agreement.
Does the membership apply to more than one HVAC system?
Each HVAC system is enrolled separately at $33 per month per system.
