AC Installation in Las Vegas — When It’s Time, We’ll Tell You.

Installation isn’t the first thing we recommend. It’s the last resort when repair no longer makes financial sense. When that moment comes, we make the process simple, honest, and pressure-free.

Our AC Installation

Most HVAC companies lead with installation because the margins are better.

We don’t. If your system can be repaired at a reasonable cost, we’ll tell you that first. If replacement is genuinely the smarter move for your situation, we’ll show you why — in plain numbers, not a sales pitch.

You have the information. You make the call.

Here’s when we typically recommend a new system:

Situation Why it matters
Major component failure If the compressor or evaporator coil has failed, the repair cost often approaches the price of a new system. We’ll show you both numbers side by side.
Frequent breakdowns If you’re calling a technician multiple times per season, you’re paying for a new system one repair at a time.
System age (10+ years) Older units in Las Vegas work harder than almost anywhere else. At 10+ years, declining efficiency and reliability often tip the math toward replacement.
R-22 refrigerant system R-22 has been phased out and supply is shrinking. Repairs on R-22 systems get more expensive every year.
High energy bills A new high-SEER2 system can meaningfully reduce your NV Energy bill — especially running hard through a Vegas summer.

Simple process. No pressure. Done right.

We don’t do good/better/best high-pressure sales presentations. We look at your home, figure out what it actually needs, and give you one honest recommendation with a clear price.

Every install is tested for proper airflow and correct refrigerant charge before we leave. We treat your home with respect and clean up when we’re done.

That’s it.

How Much Does AC Installation Cost in Las Vegas?

Every home is different, so every quote is customized. The examples below are real job-complete prices for standard 3-ton installs in Las Vegas. Larger systems, higher efficiency tiers, and additional work like ductwork or electrical upgrades will affect your final number.

Split Systems (gas heating) — 3-Ton Amana, installed

14 SEER R-32   —   $8,269.70
Includes: 10-year parts limited warranty (with registration)Includes: 10-year parts limited warranty (with registration)

15 SEER R-32   —   $9,262.56
Includes: 10-year parts limited warranty + one-time full unit replacement warranty (with registration)

Why it matters: The 15 SEER upgrade adds roughly $993 but includes a one-time full unit replacement warranty — meaning if the system fails, Amana replaces the entire unit, not just parts. For most homeowners planning to stay long-term, that’s significant coverage for the difference in price.

Gas Package Systems — 3-Ton Amana, installed (includes crane & metal)

14 SEER R-32   —   $8,965.40
Includes: Lifetime heat exchanger limited warranty + 10-year parts limited warranty (with registration)

15 SEER R-32   —   $12,066.32
Includes: Lifetime heat exchanger limited warranty + 10-year parts limited warranty + one-time full unit replacement warranty (with registration)

Why it matters: The 15 SEER package unit adds roughly $3,100 over the 14 SEER and adds the one-time full unit replacement warranty on top of the lifetime heat exchanger coverage. For rooftop installs where a future crane call alone costs thousands, that warranty has real dollar value.

All prices are job complete. Your quote depends on tonnage, ductwork condition, electrical, and site access. We give you an exact number before anything starts.

Clubb 33 members receive 30% off all new equipment.

If you’re not a member yet and you’re looking at a new system, it’s worth a conversation. At $33/month, the equipment discount alone often pays for years of membership.

Repair vs. Replace — We’ll Help You Decide

Most HVAC companies in Las Vegas jump straight to a $10,000+ replacement quote. We don’t.

If a repair is the smarter financial move, we’ll show you that first. If replacement gives you better long-term value in energy savings and reliability, we’ll walk you through the numbers.

Not sure where you stand? We offer free second opinions. No charge to come out, diagnose the system, and tell you honestly what’s going on.
