Orange Air was started in 2022 by Michael Bailey, a Las Vegas native who didn’t fall into HVAC — he grew up in it.
His grandfather was one of the pioneers of AC service in Las Vegas, co-founding City Wide back in the 1960s alongside names like Carl’s — some of the original companies that built this industry in the desert. His father operated his own air conditioning company for over 25 years until retirement.
Michael spent years working alongside his family before founding Orange Air. When he started it, he had one goal: run it the same way his family always did — show up, be straight with people, and fix the problem.
We’ve only ever known family-run businesses. That’s how we run ours today. No corporate structure, no layers — just a local HVAC company in Las Vegas that treats people the way neighbors should be treated.
